Tewkesbury Heritage Centre is set in a building over 400 years old. Thanks to English Heritage and lottery grants the council was able to open up the building and add on a modern section allowing the building to be open to all visitors. Access in through the Tourist Information Centre main door on Church Street, there is a power assisted door if the door is closed (during the summer months the door is general open all the time) On the ground floor as you enter the heritage centre there is a toilet that is fully accessible for visitors in a wheelchair. We have 2 lifts in the building, so that visitors can access both the first and second floors.
