A school visit to Tewkesbury Heritage Centre will provide hands on curriculum focused activities and workshops, which gives pupils the chance to explore, discover and enjoy local heritage and history.

Pupils can experience life in Tewkesbury through the centuries and explore the restoration story of the heritage centre and its residents by using portable media player technology and interpretation. Tours and visits can be adapted and individually tailored to the needs and age of your group or the topic you are currently studying.

Education sessions

  • The maximum number of children for each workshop is 35.
  • Workshops last approximately from one hour to one and half hours.
